Business Analyst (AI-first / Claude agents)

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience working with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).

Our product and development process are built almost entirely around AI agents, so this is not optional – AI is your main working tool.

You will work directly with the founder and senior developer, transforming ideas into structured requirements, AI-ready tasks, and development plans.

What you will do

– Work with the founder to clarify and structure raw ideas
– Decompose business needs into clear logic, flows, and edge cases
– Create detailed, structured requirements for development
– Translate requirements into tasks optimized for AI-assisted development
– Use AI (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to:
– analyze requirements
– generate and refine documentation
– structure tasks and flows
– Maintain backlog and ensure consistency across tasks
– Support planning (priorities, sequencing, scope)

Must have

– Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) in daily work
– Ability to write structured prompts and use AI effectively for analysis and documentation
– 4+ years of experience as Business Analyst
– Strong skills in requirements gathering and structuring
– Ability to turn unclear input into clear, actionable specifications
– Experience working directly with developers
– Strong logical thinking and attention to detail
– Upper-intermediate+ English
