Senior Email Deliverability - Infrastructure Expert (high risk deliverability)

We are looking for a highly skilled specialist to design and operate a high-performance email infrastructure.

Scope:

* Build and manage SMTP infrastructure (VPS-based)
* Achieve high inbox placement with German mailbox providers (GMX, Web.de, T-Online) ( we use html content which could trigger the system

* Configure and optimize SPF, DKIM, DMARC
* Set up IP/domain warmup and reputation management
* Monitor deliverability and continuously improve performance

Requirements (strict):

* Proven track record in email deliverability (not theoretical)
* Deep technical expertise (SMTP, DNS, server environments)
* Experience reaching inbox in major European providers
* Strong understanding of spam filters, throttling, and reputation systems

Objective:
Consistently high inbox rates at scale.
