What you’ll be working on

• Develop new and existing features, work on optimization for the best performance, and improve all areas of our product;
• Design reusable components and innovative approaches to support and elevate the work of fellow developers.
• Contribute to “Backlog grooming and estimations” to help the team effectively plan the work.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and adherence to best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure our product remains innovative.
• Collaborate with Product, Art, QA, and Customer Support teams to ensure the success of a product.

About you

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Unity Developer.
• Deep expertise in Unity and the C# programming language.
• Excellent grasp of OOP concepts and SOLID principles.
• Hands-on experience with dependency injection frameworks such as StrangeIoC and Zenject.
• Proven experience developing client-server mobile applications.
• Experience with third-party plugins and API integration
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive and reliable.
• Act as a role model for your team by demonstrating technical excellence, a collaborative mindset, and proactive problem-solving.
• Inspire your team through mentorship, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).

Step by step for this position:

1. Screening call with Recruiter (up to 1 hour): Position discussion, check basic competencies and culture fit.
2. Technical interview with CTO (2 hours): Detailed сase approach to identify experience, technical skills, and core competencies.
3. Referral: Recommendations from the previous workplace.
4. Full Day (up to 5 hours): Have an opportunity to work all day with a Unity team and CTO, solve tech problems, and write code.
5. Offer call with HR (30 minutes): Discussion of a Job Offer Proposal.
