Certifier

Senior B2B Content Specialist

Certifier Verified Employer
to $5500

About Certifier:

Certifier is a B2B SaaS platform for digital credentials (certificates, badges, micro-credentials) used by Stanford, Amazon, Warner Bros. and National Geographic. Since 2021, we've grown organic traffic from 0 to 115K monthly visits; delivered by a 4-person marketing team. In the current GEO era, discoverability of the content matters as much as its quality, and we need our 5th teammate to lead the front there.

About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior B2B Content Specialist who can do 2 things:

  • craft and deliver strong B2B content
  • take ownership of content production processes

When content is good, it works in three places: on-site, in traditional search, and in LLMs. In 2026, the difference between good content and great content is that last layer; understanding how to structure, frame, and optimize content so that it's cited by LLMs, not just indexed by crawlers. That's the mindset we want you to bring onboard when it comes to every piece of content we ship.

What Will You (Actually) Do:

  • Produce key content end-to-end: from brief through research, drafting (yourself or delegating), iteration, and shipping. Landing pages, comparison pages, feature pages; whatever high-impact content Certifier needs at a given moment.
  • Own the blog: contribute to the backlog, write and commission briefs, coordinate with the content agency and junior specialist, maintain publishing cadence.
  • Run the template pipeline: manage our certificate and badge template production cycle with freelance designers and the junior specialist.
  • Lead localization: decide what content gets localized across four markets (PL/ES/DE/FR), coordinate the process, track performance.

Apply If You Have:

  • 3+ yr experience in B2B content: creation and content strategy execution
  • Proven ability to deliver strong B2B copy: BOF landing pages or MOF blog articles
  • LLMs as part of daily tech stack: you don’t interact with LLMs proactively, you structure your work through them on a daily basis
  • Excellent English: C1+ level of written and spoken English
  • Strong product-value thinking: you understand and know how to translate product capabilities into customer value for specific ICPs
  • Experience in coordinating other people's output: agencies, freelancers, in-house team, other stakeholders
  • Track record of owning content end-to-end: from brief through production through optimization
  • Proactive communication: you flag issues early, give updates, and coordinate naturally across multiple stakeholders

What We Offer:

  • Base salary of 3,500-5,500 USD on a B2B contract.
  • Bonus: quarterly performance bonus tied to meaningful outcomes
  • Benefits: home office budget, learning/conference budget, 24 days paid leave, team off-site trips, top-tier tools (Amplitude, Claude, Loom, Ahrefs, etc).
  • Culture: no time tracking. Remote-first with flexible hours. We care about what you ship, not when you're online.
  • 100% ownership: you have full leeway when it comes to new content bets; especially in GEO area

Next Steps:

  • CV and portfolio check: Attach a CV and a portfolio with 5+ content links that you’ve produced or managed.
  • HR screening: you will have a 45-min talk with Julia from HR; mainly a vibe check + focusing on your experience, motivation, and general skills.
  • Short task: we will ask you to complete a short task, which will allow us to see if we’re a fit
  • Interview with me: 1 hour chat about you, your experience and vision

Hope to work with you soon!
