We are looking for a structured and performance-driven Project Manager to join our team in the crypto iGaming space. The ideal candidate has solid experience managing cross-functional teams, strong planning skills, and a data-driven approach to tracking performance and delivering results.

You will play a key role in coordinating product development, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of execution across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage project execution across cross-functional teams (product, development, design)
• Build and maintain clear project plans, timelines, and roadmaps
• Monitor team performance, track progress, and ensure tasks are delivered on time and within scope
• Establish and maintain structured reporting (daily/weekly status updates, progress tracking, risk reporting)
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies, and proactively drive solutions
• Ensure transparency across stakeholders and provide clear updates on project status and KPIs
• Work closely with stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
• Maintain and improve processes, workflows, and team efficiency

• Coordinate releases and ensure smooth delivery of product updates

   

Requirements

• from 2 years of experience as a Project Manager (preferably in iGaming / crypto / high-load products)
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple streams of work
• Strong focus on reporting and performance tracking (KPIs, team velocity, delivery metrics)
• Experience working with task management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Ability to monitor and improve team performance and accountability
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented mindset
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience in crypto iGaming or betting/gambling products
• Understanding of product metrics, funnels, and user behavior
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Technical background or close collaboration with development teams
• Experience managing remote teams
