Forcivate is building Friday Force — an AI-driven platform that helps businesses automate and scale their marketing. We are looking for a versatile, "all-in-one" Digital Marketing Specialist who is ready to be the engine behind our daily marketing operations.

This is a high-impact role for a creator and strategist who can work on multiple accounts, produce high-quality content, and build a consistent sales pipeline. If you are a scrappy marketer who loves variety—from writing blogs to launching cold email sequences—we want to talk to you.

 

 

 What You Will Work On

You will handle the day-to-day execution across multiple channels, ensuring Friday Force stays top-of-mind for our target audience.

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Multi-Format Creation: Design and produce engaging social media posts, long-form blog articles, and short-form video content (Reels/TikToks/LinkedIn videos).
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram, TikTok etc.), engaging with the community and scheduling daily updates.
  • Brand Voice: Ensure a consistent, professional, and innovative brand voice across all accounts.

Campaigns & Demand Generation

  • End-to-End Campaigns: Plan, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive platform sign-ups and demo requests.
  • Cold Outreach: Design and execute cold email sequences to reach out to potential B2B partners and customers.
  • Pipeline Building: Develop and manage a lead generation pipeline to support the sales team in closing deals.

Strategy & Optimization

  • Marketing Strategy: Contribute to the overarching GTM strategy, identifying new trends in AI and MarTech to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor daily metrics to see what content is performing and pivot strategies based on data.

 

 

 Required Skills & Experience

1. Content & Digital Skills

  • Proven Experience: Marketing Agency experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
  • Content Stack: Proficiency with design tools (Canva/Adobe) and video editing software (CapCut/Premiere).
  • Writing Excellence: Ability to write clear, SEO-friendly blogs and punchy social copy.

2. Growth & Sales Support

  • Cold Outreach: Experience with cold emailing tools (e.g., Hunter, Apollo,)
  • Funnel Knowledge: Understanding of how to move a lead from a social media post to a sales-qualified lead (SQL).

3. Personal Attributes

  • Multi-Tasker: Comfortable working in multiple accounts and switching between creative and analytical tasks.
  • AI Enthusiast: You are already using AI tools to speed up your workflow (we practice what we preach!).
  • High Ownership: You don't need a script; you see a gap and you fill it.

 

 

Bonus Points

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or agency environment.
  • Direct experience in B2B SaaS or the AI industry.
  • Familiarity with automation tools to streamline marketing tasks.
