Technical Project Manager

Role Objective: Ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and in full alignment with defined scope and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

— Manage web projects end-to-end using the Waterfall methodology (from initiation to release)
— Gather, document, and validate detailed business and technical requirements (SRS/BRD)
— Decompose project scope into structured tasks (WBS) and plan timelines using appropriate tools
— Control project scope, timelines, budget, and quality at every stage of delivery
— Validate technical solutions and development estimates provided by the engineering team
— Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests (Change Management process)
— Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication
— Work with technical documentation and support alignment between business and engineering teams
— Ensure delivery of projects in line with agreed scope (Fixed Scope), deadlines, and budget

Requirements:

— Higher technical education (to effectively communicate with engineering teams)
— 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management
— Proven experience working with Waterfall methodology
— Experience managing web-based projects
— Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation (SRS, BRD)
— Experience in building and managing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
— Understanding of system architecture: frontend, backend, APIs
— Understanding of CI/CD processes
— Experience with tools: MS Project / GanttPro, Jira, GitLab
— Basic knowledge of API tools such as Swagger or Postman
— Experience in risk management and change request handling
— Ability to validate technical estimations and challenge assumptions
— English level: B1–B2+ (for working with technical documentation)
 

Nice to Have:

— PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification
— Previous background as a developer, QA automation engineer, or system analyst
