We are looking for a Recruiter to strengthen our team and help us attract top talent to Softsich π
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Attraction: Source candidates for Retention and Operations roles (VIP/CRM/Support/Sales/PSP) via LinkedIn, Djinni, Dou, job boards, etc.; manage applications; build shortlists; maintain candidate database; develop strategies to engage passive candidates; work with ATS (PeopleForce).
- Selection: Conduct initial video interviews; assess technical, professional, and cultural fit; coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand needs; advise on salaries, market trends, and candidate expectations; provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Process Development: Optimize recruitment processes and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Employer Branding: Strengthen employer brand; participate in events; create LinkedIn content.
- Hiring & Onboarding: Support candidates through the full hiring cycle; manage offers and negotiations.
- Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment performance; prepare reports; conduct market and competitor research.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably in Marketing or related domains).
- Experience working with ATS systems (PeopleForce is a strong advantage)
- Hiring experience in Retention and Operations roles (VIP Account Managers, CRM Managers, Customer Support, Sales, PSP, etc.).
- English level that allows confident written and verbal communication with candidates.
- Deep understanding of the full recruitment cycle β from briefing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Ability to build and adjust sourcing strategies according to business priorities.
- Skills in collecting and analyzing recruiting metrics that reflect performance and impact hiring results.
