AI Motion Designer

About the role:

We are looking for a Motion Designer to create advertising videos for mobile applications. You will work on two engaging products:

🧠✨ Thinky: Brain Training — a newly launched cognitive entertainment app designed to challenge users with fun, interactive brain-training experiences.

🌱💸 Growio — an interactive financial app that helps users build practical money management skills through real-life scenarios, simulations, and short structured content.

Both products combine engaging user experiences with meaningful everyday value.

You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of around 10 people, including designers, marketing specialists, and management, contributing to the development and promotion of both apps.

About you:

• Middle-level experience as a Motion Designer.
• Confident use of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma.
• Experience using AI tools in creative work (Kling AI, Runway, Midjourney, and other AI services).
• Understanding of advertising video dynamics, pacing, and visual hooks.
• Ability to create engaging hooks in the first seconds of a video.
• Strong sense of rhythm, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to animate graphics, UI elements, and text.

• Ability to work in a team and accept feedback.

   

Will be a plus:

• Experience in performance marketing or mobile advertising.

• Understanding of video advertising trends.

   

Your impact:

• Create advertising videos for mobile applications (up to 60 seconds).
• Work with dynamics, tempo, and visual hooks.
• Animate graphics, UI elements, and text.
• Adapt creatives for different formats and platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, marketing, and management within a team of ~10 people.
