🎯 Mission of the Role
As Brand Manager, you are the primary owner of client accounts and the strategic lead responsible for brand performance across all major areas of Amazon management.
This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, organization, and a solid understanding of the Amazon ecosystem. You are responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating internal specialists, and ensuring that each account moves forward with clarity, consistency, and measurable progress.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts and is comfortable operating across PPC, SEO and content, creative, and catalog or operational workflows.
🧩Requirements
🔹4 to 5 years of experience in Amazon account management, marketplace management,
or a related e-commerce role
🔹Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and the day-to-day realities of managing
Amazon brands
🔹 Familiarity with Amazon PPC, listing optimization, catalog management, account health,
and performance reporting
🔹 Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
🔹 Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple
moving parts across accounts
🔹 Ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and turn findings into practical
recommendations
🔹 Comfortable working cross-functionally with PPC, creative, SEO, and operations teams
🔹 Strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and attention to detail

🤝 Responsibilities
🔹Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts and build strong, trusted
relationships
🔹Understand each client’s goals, challenges, brand positioning, and commercial priorities
🔹Lead the onboarding process for new accounts, including communication setup, access
coordination, audits, and kickoff planning
🔹Oversee account performance across PPC, SEO and content, creative, and catalog or
operations
🔹Coordinate internal team members including account managers, PPC specialists,
designers, and other specialists as needed
🔹Translate account data, client goals, and internal findings into clear strategic priorities
🔹Lead weekly client calls and maintain a strong communication cadence
🔹Review and approve account updates, recommendations, and action plans before they
are shared with clients
🔹Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion, advertising efficiency, catalog health, and
operational risks
🔹Ensure client accounts remain aligned with Amazon policies, platform best practices,
and Enso’s standards
🔹Identify growth opportunities, performance issues, and areas requiring cross-functional
action
🔹Help maintain organized reporting, documentation, and account visibility across the
business
