Middle Product Analyst

We are looking for our first Analyst to build the analytical foundation of a new product within the Boosta ecosystem with the opportunity to grow into a Lead / Head of Analytics role over time. This project is focused on developing a data-driven product in the field of cognitive and intellectual assessment and development. This role is ideal for someone who wants not only to “calculate metrics,” but to actively influence product strategy, marketing, monetization, and key business decisions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Build and develop the core analytics infrastructure from scratch.
• Create product and marketing dashboards in Tableau.
• Generate product hypotheses and identify business growth opportunities.
• Prepare analytics for product launch and analyze A/B tests.
• Provide analytical support for data-driven business decision-making.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Strong SQL skills.
• Solid understanding of statistics and probability theory fundamentals.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau / Power BI).
• Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, validating hypotheses, and delivering actionable recommendations for product and marketing teams.
• Understanding of unit economics and key metrics such as LTV, CAC, ROI/ROMI, and cohort analysis.
