UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

Design user-centered interfaces, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes aligned with client business goals

Conduct user research and behavior analysis

Iterate on designs based on insights and performance data

Translate business requirements and data into AI-prototypes and effective design solutions

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems (Figma components)

Collaborate closely with developers, stakeholders, and users to ensure high-quality implementation

Balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints

Own design solutions from concept to implementation

Requirements

2+ years of commercial experience as a UI/UX Designer

Proficiency using AI tools

Experience conducting user and client interviews, with the ability to extract key insights

Ability to work in dynamic environments with evolving requirements

Data-driven approach to design (ability to justify decisions with research and metrics)

Strong proficiency in Figma and FigJam (or similar tools)

Experience designing for web and mobile applications, including SaaS products

Experience creating flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes

Experience building and maintaining design systems

Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher

Strong communication and teamwork skills
