Delivery Manager

Dataforest seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate data engineering projects.

Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience as a technical leader or project manager, with a preference for candidates with 10 years of experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Experience working with project budgets and understanding financial metrics.
- Deep understanding of the project delivery process.
- Understanding of Python, API, and SQL.
- Possession of project management tools.
- Experience in account management and building long-term relationships with clients.
- English language - Advanced or Fluent level.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate project teams, including PMs, developers, and resource functions, with a focus on Data Engineering projects.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Data Engineering projects.
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with clients, striving to increase their satisfaction.
- Manage project budgets and ensure the achievement of set financial indicators.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution—from planning to delivery.
- Participate in identifying client needs and generating additional business opportunities.
