What you’ll be doing:

• Design and enhance quality assurance processes aligned with AML regulations
• Conduct audits and internal reviews to identify and mitigate compliance risks
• Monitor transactions and customer activity for suspicious behavior
• Investigate and escalate potential money laundering cases
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve AML controls and reporting accuracy
• Review and manage compliance-related communications, including incoming emails
• Handle multiple compliance tasks while maintaining precision and efficiency
  What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar
• 2+ years of experience in AML, compliance, or quality assurance (financial services preferred)
• Strong knowledge of AML regulations and risk-based frameworks
• Hands-on experience with AML controls, monitoring, and investigations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to continuously learn and grow
