Marketing Manager (Consumer Tech / B2C)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to help shape how people interact with connected devices in their everyday lives. In this role, you will lead integrated marketing efforts to scale and communicate the value of our consumer technology and IoT products to a B2C audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, SEO/SEM, PPC, and content marketing.

- Develop clear and compelling messaging that translates product features into meaningful consumer benefits

- Strengthen and evolve brand positioning within the consumer tech/IoT market.

- Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and continuously improve ROI.

- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.

- Support product launches and go-to-market strategies.

- Lead events, activations, and digital experiences.

- Own projects end-to-end, collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, and sales teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in consumer tech, IoT, or digital B2C marketing.

- Strong understanding of customer journeys and growth marketing principles.

- Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and paid/organic acquisition channels.

- Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.

- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

- Direct experience in tech marketing, product launches, and demand generation.
- Experience managing trade show logistics and on-site execution.
- Familiarity with additional marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM integrations.

- Location: Remote/Hybrid (location should be EU/UK/Ukraine)
