As a Growth Product Manager for BetterMe Style, you will work on a fast-growing fashion product focused on helping users discover their personal style through personalized experiences. You will focus on improving conversion, identifying growth opportunities, and testing hypotheses to enhance user experience and revenue.
Your impact:
- Drive product growth by improving key metrics across acquisition and activation funnels.
- Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and feedback to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
- Generate and prioritize hypotheses, participate in A/B testing, and measure their impact on conversion and monetization.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, analytics, and research teams to achieve impactful business results.
About you:
- 1+ years of experience in a growth-focused role (e.g., Growth Product Manager, Product Manager).
- Hands-on experience with growth metrics, A/B testing, and product analytics.
- Basic understanding of design principles and copywriting strategies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working on B2C or subscription-based products.
- Interest in the fashion domain.
