We are looking for a strong C-level commercial leader who can build and scale a global commercial function within a fintech/payments product, with a focus on revenue growth and profitability. This person should bring strong strategic thinking, deep expertise in payment infrastructure, and proven experience in international expansion, capable of closing key partnerships and influencing product development through commercial insight.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the company’s global commercial strategy with a focus on revenue growth and profitability
  • Own full P&L responsibility and key commercial metrics (revenue, margin, LTV, CAC)
  • Scale B2B sales and drive expansion into new markets (EMEA / Global)
  • Build and develop a structured commercial function across sales, business development, and partnerships
  • Establish and grow strategic partnerships (PSPs, acquiring banks, payment providers, high-risk merchants)
  • Identify and develop new revenue streams and business models
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Tech to shape product vision and commercial strategy
  • Optimize unit economics and improve monetization efficiency
  • Participate in company-wide strategic planning alongside the CEO and other C-level executives
  • Build, lead, and scale the commercial organization (sales, bizdev, account management)
  • Lead key negotiations and close high-value strategic deals
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify long-term growth opportunities

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as CCO / CRO / CBDO or Head/VP level in fintech / payments / crypto
  • Strong track record of scaling revenue and building or transforming commercial functions
  • Deep understanding of payment infrastructure (PSPs, acquiring, payouts, AML/KYC, high-risk segments)
  • Experience working in international markets and building global partnerships
  • Strong strategic background with hands-on experience in P&L, unit economics, and financial planning
  • Experience managing large teams (sales / bizdev / partnerships)
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to close complex deals
  • Data-driven decision-making approach
  • English β€” Advanced

  • Experience in high-risk verticals (gambling, dating, crypto)
  • Strong network within fintech / payments ecosystem
  • Experience launching new products or entering new markets
