Requirements:

— Strong hands-on video editing skills (short-form + social formats)
— Ability to produce videos independently using stock footage and AI-generated assets (sourcing, compositing, sound, basic motion)
— Ability to manage external production: write briefs, select vendors, coordinate, review, and deliver on time
— Experience with live/real-world shooting: streams, live events, vlogs, backstage footage (basic camera + sound + light fundamentals)
— Solid project management skills: deadlines, iterations, approvals, file management
— EU-based (must)

Responsibilities:

— Produce and edit social videos end-to-end (short-form, promos, explainers, recaps)
— Build a scalable workflow: templates, reusable assets, naming/versioning, delivery standards
— Orchestrate external freelancers/agencies when needed (briefing → production → QA → delivery)
— Cover live shoots / event content when required (capture + quick turnaround edits)
— Collaborate with SMM/brand/PR/partners for creative alignment and fast approvals
— Ensure consistent brand style, quality bar, and compliance requirements
