Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to help establish efficient processes across product teams, improve delivery predictability, and ensure transparent coordination between product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

This role sits at the intersection of product management, operations, and execution excellence.

Responsibilities

Product Operations
• Establish and maintain effective collaboration processes across product teams
• Support a structured delivery pipeline across hardware and software products
• Optimize workflows between product, engineering, and operations teams
• Reduce operational friction and improve cross-team efficiency

Process & Performance
• Implement and maintain OKRs and performance KPIs
• Track delivery performance and execution health
• Support roadmap execution processes
• Standardize product documentation and operational workflows

Cross-Team Coordination
• Coordinate collaboration across multiple product streams
• Support Product Managers with planning and prioritization
• Align stakeholder expectations across teams
• Facilitate structured decision-making processes

Product Support
• Participate in discovery activities for new initiatives
• Support launches of new products and pilot programs
• Assist go-to-market execution from an operational perspective

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Operations roles
• Experience working with B2B or enterprise products
• Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills
• Data-driven mindset
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

 Nice to Have
• Experience in IoT or industrial domains
• Startup or scale-up environment experience
• Exposure to hardware + software products
• Experience building internal processes and frameworks
