Africa Affiliate Manager (In-App & SEO) $

We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to drive growth across In-App and SEO traffic channels with a focus on African markets. This role requires a hands-on professional who can own partner relationships end-to-end, make data-driven decisions and scale high-performing traffic sources within a broader multi-channel affiliate strategy.

We are looking for:

• 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing / traffic management (strong focus on In-App and/or SEO);
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through affiliate partnerships;
• Strong understanding of traffic economics: ROI, LTV, CAC, conversion funnels;
• Solid understanding of the iGaming/gambling vertical;
• Experience working with SEO and competitive analysis tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush and Similarweb;
• Deep understanding of mobile attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust or similar tools).

Responsibilities:

• Own and scale partnerships with In-App and SEO traffic sources, driving sustainable revenue growth;
• Identify and secure high-value partners, leading negotiations and closing deals;
• Manage the full partner lifecycle: from sourcing and onboarding to optimization and long-term retention;
• Analyze traffic performance (ROI, LTV, conversion quality) and proactively implement optimization strategies;
• Develop and test new growth hypotheses, traffic sources and market opportunities;
• Work closely with product, analytics and marketing teams to improve funnel performance and conversion rates;
• Oversee campaign execution, placements and compliance with agreed terms;
• Structure and optimize internal processes related to partner management, reporting and payments.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with CPA traffic and affiliate networks;
• Experience in African markets.
