Bilingual Community and Business Development Associate

We’re looking for a Bilingual Community & Business Development Associate to help us grow and support The LifeDAO (TLD) community 🌍

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of community engagement, customer experience, and business development - someone who doesn’t just respond, but connects, builds, and creates impact.

🌱 What You’ll Do

💬 Community Engagement & Support

• Be the go-to person for our members across WhatsApp, Circle, LinkedIn, X, and email
• Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support
• Build strong, meaningful relationships within the community
• Guide and onboard new members (yes, you’ll host sessions too!)
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging space

📈 Business Development & Growth

• Identify and connect with potential members, partners, and collaborators
• Support lead generation and conversion through community interactions
• Contribute to growth strategies and expansion initiatives
• Share insights from the community to improve our platform and experience

⚙️ Engagement & Operations

• Support events, webinars, and community activities
• Work closely with the Community Manager on daily initiatives
• Track trends, feedback, and growth opportunities

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in English & French (Arabic is a strong plus!)
• Experience in Customer Support, Community Management, Sales, or Business Development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable engaging across digital platforms
• Confident, proactive, and people-oriented
• Empathetic, patient, and solution-driven
• Comfortable being recorded and featured in community/social content
• Thrives in a remote, multicultural environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Web3, DAO, fintech, or startups
• Familiarity with digital communities or decentralized platforms
• Experience supporting global users
• Knowledge of CRM or ticketing tools
