Freelance IT Recruiter (Commission-Based)

What you’ll do :

  • Own full-cycle sourcing for tech roles across Europe and beyond
  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, Djinni, job boards, communities, and your own network
  • Drive outreach (cold & warm), run screenings, and qualify candidates thoroughly
  • Deliver high-quality shortlists, not just CVs:
    → core skills & tech stack
    → motivation & cultural fit
    → salary expectations
    → notice period / availability
    → relocation / visa readiness (if relevant)
  • Keep candidates engaged and warm throughout the process
  • Collaborate closely with the TalentMinted team (fast feedback loops, regular syncs)
  • Maintain a clean pipeline and provide transparent weekly updates

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in tech/IT recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Strong sourcing mindset — you know how to find кандидates, not wait for them
  • Solid LinkedIn + Boolean search skills
  • Ability to evaluate technical fit at a recruiter level (stack, seniority, domain relevance)
  • Ability to assess English level (B2+ minimum)
  • Self-driven and results-oriented approach
  • High level of ownership: fast feedback, structured tracking, clear communication
  • Comfortable working in a commission-based model

Nice to have:

  • Experience hiring across EU / Germany / Portugal / Canada
  • Experience with niche domains (embedded, radar, SAR, etc.)
  • Own candidate network or active talent pool

Compensation (TalentMinted model):

  • €1,000 – €2,000 per successful hire (depending on role complexity)

Payment terms:

  • 50% paid after the candidate starts
  • 50% paid after successful probation (3 months)
  • If the candidate leaves or doesn’t pass probation, the second payment is not made
