Role mission

As Business Analyst, you will shape automation and AI engagements from the earliest client conversations through delivery governance. You will lead discovery, structure requirements, support pre-sales, coordinate with delivery teams, and ensure that client objectives are translated into feasible, high-impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, map as-is and to-be processes, and identify automation & AI opportunities with clear business value.
• Gather, challenge, and document requirements from business and technical stakeholders.
• Create BPMN diagrams, process documentation, use cases, and delivery-ready functional requirements.
• Participate in pre-sales by supporting workshops, qualification, estimations, and proposal inputs.
• Coordinate with developers, architects, QA, and project leads to keep scope, priorities, and business expectations aligned.
• Support project management activities for the delivery team, including planning inputs, governance routines, risk tracking, and stakeholder updates.
• Drive client engagement through structured communication, meeting facilitation, and status governance.
• Contribute to automation testing, validation, and user acceptance support to ensure the delivered solution matches business intent.
• Continuously look for process optimization opportunities and recommend scalable next steps.

Candidate profile

Must-have requirements

• Professional English, with confidence in client-facing discussions and written communication.
• Experience in Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager roles within automation, digital transformation, or AI-related initiatives.
• Practical experience in client consultation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills, business maturity, and strong soft skills.
• High level of proactivity, responsibility, and ownership.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt fast, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred background

• Hands-on experience with BPMN, process discovery, and business process optimization.
• Understanding of RPA, intelligent automation, AI agents, LLM-enabled workflows, or low-code/no-code solutions.
• Exposure to automation testing, validation, and delivery coordination.
• Familiarity with operational excellence practices, Lean Six Sigma, or structured continuous improvement methods.
• Ability to support both analysis and light project-management responsibilities in parallel.
