GenAI designer (Visual, Video Creation) $$

We’re looking for a Generative AI Designer to help our client scale high-quality visual and video content through cutting-edge AI-driven creative workflows.

Beetroot is a trusted partner for startups and established brands worldwide, helping them grow through impactful tech solutions and dedicated teams. We’re now partnering with an innovative client to build a creative AI-driven studio capability.

Our client is building a modern in-house creative studio focused on leveraging generative AI to transform how visual content is produced. They are pushing the boundaries of AI-powered design, combining technology and creativity to deliver scalable, high-quality assets across multiple channels.

By joining this team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how AI is used in creative production — influencing workflows, tools, and the overall visual direction of the brand.

What you'll do in this role  

• Design and deliver AI-powered visual content, including videos, website assets, campaigns, and presentations.
• Transform creative briefs into high-quality outputs using AI tools and hybrid workflows.
• Develop and refine creative concepts that strengthen brand identity and drive user engagement.
• Build and optimize AI generation workflows from concept to final output.
• Create scalable prompt frameworks and reusable templates for various creative use cases.
• Combine LLMs, image generation, and video tools into structured creative pipelines.
• Contribute to internal tools and processes that improve creative efficiency.
• Experiment with emerging AI tools and techniques to push creative boundaries.
• Evaluate new models and workflows to continuously improve output quality.
• Stay connected to the AI creator ecosystem and bring fresh ideas into the team.

We're looking for

• Strong background in visual design, motion design, video editing, animation, or creative production.
• Proven experience working with AI image, video, and generative tools.
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling and design systems.
• Experience building prompt workflows and structured AI generation processes.
• Ability to combine multiple tools and platforms into polished creative outputs.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing AI-driven creative projects (applications without a portfolio will not be considered)

• Experience working in growth, marketing, or brand-focused teams.
• Background in creative direction or concept development.
• Passion for experimenting and pushing creative limits with AI.
• Naming five or more dishes that include beetroot besides borshch.
