Solva is looking for a Customer Support Specialist!
We are a product company β a SaaS marketing tool for creating and managing corporate email signatures and using them as a new marketing channel.
We are looking for a skilled Support Manager to join our dynamic support team!
Requirements:
β’ Advanced in written and spoken English;
β’ 1+ years of experience in Customer Support for SaaS product;
β’ Ability to investigate, reproduce issues, and dive deep into the product;
β’ Analytical & strategic thinking;
β’ Customer-oriented and responsible attitude;
β’ Desire to learn, grow professionally, and potentially take other responsibilities;
β’ Experience in using Intercom (Chat app), Slack, Google apps, etc.
Responsibilities:
β’ Take care of customer inquiries received via email and chat, video chat (per request);
β’ Help customers set up the accounts, solve their requests/issues and ensure they get the most value from the product;
β’ Collaborate with the Product Owner or Dev Team to find possible answers and/or workarounds to suggest to customers;
β’ Ensure customer satisfaction rate growth;
β’ Learn and apply the supporting sales strategy;
β’ Qualify incoming leads and delegate them to the sales team;
β’ Increase existing customerβs engagement with the platform (Facebook groups, emails, polls, etc.).
