We are looking for a professional for the role that requires:

• Full-time job;
• Office-based in Kyiv.

Responsibilities:

• Administration and development of corporate infrastructure based on Windows Server 2022 (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO).
• Full migration of users and resources to Active Directory.
• Configuration and maintenance of a hosting platform based on VMware ESXi 7.0.
• Design and implementation of a secure multi-layered network architecture with VLAN segmentation (e.g., for servers, users, guests, IoT).
• Configuration of network equipment (L3/L2 switches, firewalls, access points) to implement the new architecture.
• Setup, maintenance, and ensuring availability of a local Git server (Gitea).
• Technical support for users (85+ people), including macOS support.
• Ensuring information security, system monitoring, organization of backups, and disaster recovery planning.

Our ideal candidate:

• At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows Server 2022 and Active Directory.
• Experience in building and administering multi-layered networks: VLAN, ACL, IP subnets, L3 routing.
• Experience working with VMware vSphere / ESXi.
• Experience configuring network equipment (MikroTik, Ubiquiti, etc.) and firewalls.
• Proficiency with macOS (configuration, integration with corporate services, support).
• Experience with version control systems (Git).

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a software development environment (understanding of CI/CD, developers' needs).
• Familiarity with Gitea.
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation.
• Understanding of fundamental cybersecurity principles.
• Experience with security solutions (EDR, centralized antivirus, SIEM).
