HR Generalist
To strengthen local support, we are looking for an HR Generalist who will be responsible for day-to-day HR processes for our international team of 48 employees.
What you’ll do
- Conduct regular 1:1s with team members
- Maintain a healthy, open team environment
- Coordinate celebrations for team milestones, such as birthdays and work anniversaries
- Assist with payroll processes and employee-related payments
- Manage onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain HR processes and documentation
- Work with accounting on HR-related matters
- Manage leave tracking (vacations, balances)
- Manage distribution of company equipment to employees and ensure proper handling
Coordinate purchases of technical equipment and professional development courses for employees
Recruitment Support
Take full ownership of the recruitment process, from creating job descriptions and defining requirements to sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates with an offer. Collaborate with external recruitment agencies when needed to ensure the best talent is attracted and hired.
What we’re looking for
- Based in Kyiv (hybrid role) at least 2 days from the office.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- English proficiency at upper-intermediate level.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- A balance between a “people person” attitude and a structured approach
