Our team consists of 90 professionals, with an Israeli HR team supporting the local workforce. You will be responsible for HR processes for an international team of 48 people. We value openness, collaboration, and direct communication with leadership, including our CEO.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Conduct regular 1:1s with team members
  • Support employees and help resolve conflicts
  • Maintain a healthy, open team environment
  • Organize team activities, birthdays & work anniversaries
  • Participate in payroll calculation and execution of payments related to employee operations
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintain HR processes and documentation
  • Work with accounting on HR-related matters
  • Manage leave tracking (vacations, balances)
  • Manage distribution of company equipment to employees and ensure proper handling
  • Coordinate purchases of technical equipment and professional development courses for employees

     

Recruitment Support

  • Help define job requirements and salary ranges
  • Take full ownership of the recruitment process, from creating job descriptions and defining requirements to sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates with an offer. Collaborate with external recruitment agencies when needed to ensure the best talent is attracted and hired.

     

What we’re looking for

  • Based in Kyiv (hybrid role)
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Strong communication skills and empathy
  • English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • A balance between a “people person” attitude and a structured approach
  • Experience working in IT companies
