VIP Manager $$
A promising iGaming project operating for more than a year is hiring new talent.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a VIP client portfolio in line with established scripts;
- Daily/weekly touchpoints (messengers / calls / email) โ tailored to the individual needs of each VIP client;
- Basic personalised offers based on a bonus matrix (cashback / free spins / free bets / bonus);
- Monitoring bonus issuance and terms;
- Collecting client feedback;
- Escalations (payments / verification / risk / support);
- Basic reporting as needed.
Requirements:
- 1.5โ2+ years of experience in iGaming / online casino
- Proven ability to handle client objections effectively
- Understanding of client service principles and VIP client communication
- Accountability and strong attention to detail
- Stress resilience, flexibility and adaptability
- Well-developed communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Team player mindset
- Results-oriented approach with a solid understanding of key performance indicators
