Responsibilities:

  • Managing a VIP client portfolio in line with established scripts;
  • Daily/weekly touchpoints (messengers / calls / email) โ€” tailored to the individual needs of each VIP client;
  • Basic personalised offers based on a bonus matrix (cashback / free spins / free bets / bonus);
  • Monitoring bonus issuance and terms;
  • Collecting client feedback;
  • Escalations (payments / verification / risk / support);
  • Basic reporting as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • 1.5โ€“2+ years of experience in iGaming / online casino
  • Proven ability to handle client objections effectively
  • Understanding of client service principles and VIP client communication
  • Accountability and strong attention to detail
  • Stress resilience, flexibility and adaptability
  • Well-developed communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Team player mindset
  • Results-oriented approach with a solid understanding of key performance indicators
