What you’ll be doing
Handling inbound calls:
- advising users on products, promotions, bonuses, and rules;
- assisting with technical questions and account-related issues;
- providing information on payments and verification;
- identifying customer needs and offering relevant products and offers.
Handling outbound calls:
- attracting new users;
- reactivating current and inactive users;
- informing clients about new promotions, exclusive offers, and bonuses;
- delivering engaging sales presentations of the product.
Working with objections:
- identifying the reasons behind client concerns;
- handling objections effectively;
- finding solutions that help build trust and move communication toward a successful outcome.
What we expect from the candidate
- fluency in English and Azerbaijani, both spoken and written;
- strong sales skills: ability to identify needs, present a product, and lead the client to the target action;
- experience in objection handling and negotiation;
- грамотная речь, strong communication skills, and the ability to listen actively;
- customer-oriented mindset and a positive attitude in communication;
- stress resistance and the ability to remain professional in challenging situations;
- result-oriented approach and willingness to influence personal performance;
- readiness to quickly adapt to new products and tools;
- openness to working in the iGaming industry.
Will be a plus
- experience in a call center, sales, or customer support;
- experience in iGaming, betting, fintech, or other performance-driven niches;
- understanding of how to work with both warm and cold bases.
