What You’ll Be Doing (BI Analyst / BI Developer)

• Owning BI reporting direction: dashboards, data marts, and data quality.
• Developing, maintaining, and designing BI reports (≈70% of the role).
• Building and optimizing scripts and data layers (≈30%).
• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Maintaining daily availability and freshness of key reports.
• Communicating with business teams to translate needs into reports.
• Developing and improving ETL processes.
• Optimizing dashboard performance and query efficiency.
• Supporting and scaling BI infrastructure.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of experience in BI / Data Analytics.
• Strong SQL skills (complex queries, aggregations, window functions).
• Data-driven mindset — you understand metrics and how they impact decisions.
• Ability to clearly explain logic, calculations, and insights to business stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and strong data validation skills.
• Focus on business outcomes, not just technical implementation.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Python for automation and data processing.
• Experience with Tableau (or similar BI tools).
• Background in query optimization and dashboard performance tuning.
• Experience in iGaming.
• Background in Big4 / audit.
