The Role:

We're looking for an SEO Specialist who doesn't just follow best practices; you rewrite them. You'll own organic growth for freedomseeker.ai and 5+ client websites, using a blend of proven SEO fundamentals and AI-powered tools to outpace the competition. This role is equal parts strategist, analyst, and experimenter.
 

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page) for freedomseeker.ai and 5+ client websites simultaneously
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis using AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Surfer SEO, and Ahrefs
• Optimise site architecture, internal linking, metadata, and schema markup for maximum crawlability and ranking potential
• Create and manage AI-augmented content briefs that balance search intent with genuine value
• Monitor performance across all managed sites through Google Search Console, GA4, and custom dashboards, turning data into action
• Run structured SEO experiments (A/B title tests, content refresh cycles, link-building campaigns) and document learnings
• Collaborate with developers to resolve technical SEO issues such as Core Web Vitals, page speed, rendering, and indexation
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates, AI-driven search features (SGE/AI Overviews), and emerging SERP trends
• Build and refine AI-powered workflows that make our SEO processes faster and more scalable
   

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results (traffic growth, ranking improvements, revenue impact)
• Proven ability to manage SEO for 5+ websites at the same time
• Strong command of technical SEO: crawl audits, log file analysis, structured data, JavaScript rendering
• Proficiency with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar) to accelerate research, content creation, or reporting
• Solid understanding of content strategy and how search intent maps to the buyer journey
• Analytical mindset with the ability to pull insights from data and translate them into priorities
• Excellent written communication in English; Dutch is a strong plus
• Self-starter energy: you take ownership, propose ideas, and move fast without waiting for permission
   

Bonus Points:

• Experience with international or multilingual SEO
• Background in B2B, SaaS, or AI/tech industry SEO
• Familiarity with programmatic SEO or building content at scale with AI
• Knowledge of Python, Google Apps Script, or automation tools like N8N
• Understanding of AI search (Google SGE, Bing Copilot, Perplexity) and how it's reshaping organic discovery
