The Focus: Scaling high-performance campaigns at the intersection of data and technology.
What You Will Do:
- Scale & Optimize: Own full-funnel TikTok campaigns (Targeting, Bidding, A/B testing).
- Strategy: Develop performance-oriented strategies for App Installs and Web Growth.
- Budgets: Manage substantial ad spend with a strict focus on ROAS & KPIs.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in TikTok Ads Manager.
- Proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering high ROI.
- Deep understanding of TikTok ad formats, pixels, and troubleshooting.
- English B2+
