The Focus: Scaling high-performance campaigns at the intersection of data and technology.

What You Will Do:

  • Scale & Optimize: Own full-funnel TikTok campaigns (Targeting, Bidding, A/B testing).
  • Strategy: Develop performance-oriented strategies for App Installs and Web Growth.
  • Budgets: Manage substantial ad spend with a strict focus on ROAS & KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering high ROI.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok ad formats, pixels, and troubleshooting.
  • English B2+
