Talent Acquisition Specialist
MEGAVAST is an international IT company focused on software development and innovative tools that automate and streamline the software creation process.
We are growing our team and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help us attract and hire strong professionals for mid- and senior-level roles.
If you enjoy full-cycle recruitment, communicating with candidates, and working closely with hiring managers — this role might be a great fit.
What you will do:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from vacancy briefing to offer stage
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring strategy
• Source candidates using different channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, etc.)
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ experience and potential
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes and sourcing approaches
What we expect:
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (in-house)
• Experience hiring mid- and senior-level specialists
• Strong interviewing and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
• English level B1+ or higher
• Structured and proactive approach to work
