💼 About the position

We are looking for a detailed, precise, and proactive Administrative/Financial Assistant to join our team! You will be the one who ensures the smooth operation of daily financial processes, supports the financial manager, and ensures accurate records and reporting.

 

📋 Main Tasks

  • Manage incoming and outgoing invoices.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and company balances.
  • Assist in payroll and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports.
  • Provide data for audits.
  • Organize financial documents.
  • Liaise with external accountants and suppliers.
  • Manage asset purchases.
  • Prepare contracts for signature.

 

🎯 Expectations

  • Experience in administration, finance, or accounting (or studies in these fields).
  • Outstanding precision and organization.
  • Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Zoho Books
