We are looking for a detailed, precise, and proactive Administrative/Financial Assistant to join our team! You will be the one who ensures the smooth operation of daily financial processes, supports the financial manager, and ensures accurate records and reporting.
๐ Main Tasks
- Manage incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Reconcile bank accounts and company balances.
- Assist in payroll and employee expense reimbursements.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports.
- Provide data for audits.
- Organize financial documents.
- Liaise with external accountants and suppliers.
- Manage asset purchases.
- Prepare contracts for signature.

- Experience in administration, finance, or accounting (or studies in these fields).
- Outstanding precision and organization.
- Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books
