Lead Generation Specialist $

Responsibilities

Identify and attract potential clients via Upwork and LinkedIn

Process inbound and outbound client requests (up to ~40 invites per day)

Communicate with clients via text to schedule calls and transfer leads to the Business Development Manager

Maintain and update client data in the CRM system

Prepare estimation tables based on input from the Business Development Manager

Create follow-ups and support documentation for client communication

Maintain consistent communication with leads throughout the sales funnel

Update and manage company profiles and portfolios (including Upwork)

Research potential partners, events, and networking opportunities

Maintain a database of networking contacts and support further communication

Track client statuses and maintain accurate records

Collect, consolidate, and manage sales metrics (Google Sheets)

 

Requirements

Experience working with CRM systems

Confident user of Google Sheets / Excel and Google Slides

Strong written English (B2+), ability to conduct professional business correspondence

Hands-on experience with Upwork and LinkedIn

Understanding of IT sales processes and sales funnel stages

Experience in lead generation and processing outbound/inbound requests

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and client-oriented mindset

 

Nice to Have

Experience creating and maintaining company profiles (e.g., Upwork)

Experience working with sales metrics and reporting
