Account Manager $

Requirements:
1+ year experience as an Account Manager, Delivery Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, or similar client-facing role in IT outsourcing/outstaffing
Experience managing multiple parallel projects or contractors (5โ€“10+ simultaneously)
Strong client communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate / B2+ or higher)
Practical understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows
Experience with CRM/ERP or project tracking systems
Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and manage competing priorities
Basic technical understanding of software development lifecycle (frontend, backend, mobile)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience with Excel for operational or financial reporting
Basic team coordination or leadership experience
Experience working with Upwork or similar freelance platforms is a strong advantage

 

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across multiple concurrent projects
Manage client expectations, clarify priorities, and ensure alignment between business goals and delivery
Maintain communication through Upwork and other agreed channels, including milestone discussions and project updates
Coordinate project execution in collaboration with engineers, BA, designers, and BDM
Support Scrum processes including sprint planning alignment, progress tracking, and delivery follow-ups
Monitor workload distribution and team allocation across projects
Manage invoicing processes, milestone tracking, and payment follow-ups
Track project profitability, utilization, and delivery efficiency
Maintain reporting and operational tracking using Excel and internal tools
Coordinate engineers working in outstaff or hybrid delivery models
Monitor performance, engagement level, and project health
Contribute to improving internal delivery processes and operational standards
Participate in presale support when needed (scope clarification, estimations coordination)
