β’ Managing the department: task setting, control, and team development
β’ Building and optimizing business processes
β’ Working with a remote team
β’ Analyzing performance and making data-driven decisions
β’ Developing and monitoring KPIs
β’ Participating in the development of Π½Π°ΠΏΡΠ°Π²Π»Π΅Π½ΠΈΡ (collections / sales / service)
