Job Description

This full-timeremote position is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our in-house team. As our products grow fast, the hiring pipeline needs to scale with the same speed and quality. The role includes sourcingoutreach and candidate screening, with a strong focus on a clear, structured process. You will also support interview coordination and ensure a great candidate experience from first contact to offer. Close collaboration with hiring managers and our partners will help improve hiring speed and quality. The ideal candidate enjoys structure, cares about people and is eager for fast growth in recruiting.
 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Source candidates on LinkedInDjinni, job boards, communities and social media
  • Review profiles and build a shortlist based on fit, experience and tech stack
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role needs, ideal profile and job description
  • Post vacancies and track all candidates in a shared spreadsheet with clear status updates
  • Run first screening calls to check skills, motivation and team fit
  • Support the full hiring flow: communication, feedback and a smooth candidate experience
  • Hire mostly for technical roles for our product (developers, DevOps/TechOps, Customer Support, etc.)


Requirements

  • At least 0.5–1 year of Recruitment experience (focused solely on IT roles)
  • Intermediate English or higher, confident in communication and able to check candidates’ English level
  • Experience hiring both technical and non-technical roles, with focus on tech
  • Strong communication skills, plus ownership, responsibility and initiative
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and stay proactive
  • Good time management and prioritization across multiple open roles
  • Friendly, easy-going attitude and a people-first mindset
