Talent Acquisition Specialist $$

Performa HR Agency is currently looking for a strong Talent Acquisition Specialist to join one of our clients.
 

Our client is an international fintech company operating in the iGaming payments space. The company is developing a reverse marketplace model that connects B2B merchants with traders and processes high transaction volumes in India, while actively expanding across South and Southeast Asia.
 

If you’re excited about building and optimizing recruitment processes during a period of rapid growth, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: from requirements gathering to the offer stage;
  • Maintain and manage the CRM system (job postings, candidate pipeline, monthly hiring plans);
  • Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job platforms, and referrals;
  • Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates;
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers;
  • Prepare offers and support candidates throughout the onboarding process;
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, funnel performance).
     

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment;
  • Solid understanding of modern sourcing channels;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse candidate profiles;
  • High level of self-organization and accountability.
