The Job:

We are looking for a User Acquisition whose responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize the current mobile product range as well as successfully launching new products into the market;

- Steering a robust marketing team of 6 professionals;

- Demonstrating profound understanding and active participation in user acquisition, including preparing tech infrastructures for traffic procurement;

- Playing a proactive role in fine-tuning product market positioning;

- Analyzing the market to identify relevant acquisition strategies, researching competitors, and identifying potential growth opportunities.

We expect you to:

- At least 2 years of experience in the same position;

- Profound understanding of attribution methodologies and models for advertising campaigns and seasoned experience with User Acquisition;

- Advanced analytical skills;

- Experience in managing substantial marketing budgets;

- Proven track record in team leadership;

- English proficiency at an Upper-intermediate level or above.
