Our client, a high-tech defense company at the forefront of innovation, is looking for a Account Specialist

This role is a unique opportunity to join a team working on projects of strategic importance for the country’s defense. Account Specialist will be responsible for nurturing strong client partnerships and delivering proactive support to meet their needs. Your role includes managing daily account activities, resolving inquiries, and coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure exceptional service. You’ll help optimize account performance and contribute to long‑term customer success. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and develop relationships with clients; 
  • Handle incoming client requests and provide timely support; 
  • Assist in processing orders, quotes, invoices, and related documentation; 
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support); 
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues; 
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems; 
  • Prepare reports on client activity and performance. 

 

Skills Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, sales support, or customer success; 
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes; 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively; 
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset; 
  • Experience working with CRM systems;  
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
