Headshot Recruitment agency is looking for Senior ML, GenAI engineer.

Our client’s company with its HQ in Cyprus, was founded in 2024.

The company is building a next-generation AI-driven companion, an adult entertainment platform focused on highly personalized, progression-based experiences across image, video, voice, and interactive AI content. They operate at scale and prioritize performance, cost efficiency, and monetization. This is a production-first environment, not a research lab.

Employees work on-site in Cyprus and remotely from other countries.

The dev team is Ukrainian.

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on AI engineer to own the technical direction of generative AI systems in the company. You will design architecture, lead implementation and remain deeply involved in coding and optimization.

This role involves working directly with NSFW / adult content generation.

Your future tasks

• Lead design and implementation of generative AI pipelines (image, video, voice).
• Own LoRA-based personalization and fine-tuning workflows.
• Architect scalable serverless GPU inference systems.
• Optimize latency, quality, and cost for large-scale generation.
• Build and maintain image generation, video generation, and upscaling pipelines.
• Define standards for model versioning, prompting, and inference orchestration.
• Work closely with Product, Backend, and DevOps teams.

We expect from you

• 5+ years of experience in AI engineering.
• 2+ years of hands-on commercial experience with generative AI (image and video) in production.
• Strong experience with LoRA and model fine-tuning.
• Experience with upscaling / super-resolution techniques.
• Production experience with GPU infrastructure and inference optimization.
• Experience with serverless or elastic compute setups.
• Comfortable working with NSFW / adult content datasets.
• English language at B2+ level (internal communications are in English).
• Your time zone and location (GMT-GMT+6).

Amazing, if you have experience with

• ComfyUI workflows and node-based pipelines.
• Strong cost optimization experience at scale.
• Prompt orchestration systems and dynamic prompting.
• Experience with moderation or safety layers.
• Background in adult, gaming, or high-scale consumer products.
