Growth Marketing Team Lead

We are an outsourcing company partnering with fintech and crypto businesses. Growth Marketing Team Lead role is part of a well-established crypto project with over 3 years on the market. You’ll join a B2C Marketing team, leading growth initiatives and coordinating the team’s efforts across acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Growth Strategy: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for b2c audience;
• Marketing Actions Planning& Hypothesis testing: Launch and optimize paid marketing activities, test hypotheses, creatives, and audiences;
• Funnel Management: Prioritizing B2C audiences and creating, monitoring, and optimizing marketing funnels for the target segment;
• Retention Marketing: Build and manage retention strategies and user communications;
• SMM & Community Oversight: Oversee social media (Telegram, Discord, X, etc.) and community management to drive engagement;
• Project & Operations Management: Plan, prioritize, and execute marketing initiatives, coordinating B2C marketing team members and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in growth/performance/product marketing for B2C products;
• Domain: 1+ year in blockchain or cryptocurrency products;
• Team Management: 1+ year in coordinating marketing team members or/and management and mentoring;
• Paid & Retention Marketing: Proven experience with paid acquisition channels and retention strategies;
• Tools: Experience with CRM systems and user communication tools;
• Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-based decisions;
• Languages: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher.
