Loan Processing Specialist to $1400

We're looking to fill a new role of Loan Processor Assistant for UnrealFi. This will be a full-time position. The schedule is somewhat flexible, but most of the tasks will be received in the US timezone (CST)

The responsibilities for this role are:

1. Receiving tasks from Loan Processors throughout the loan

2. Completing the aforementioned tasks (Like ordering Title Commitment from the Title company, requesting HOI from the insurance agent, finding the contacts, disclosing the loan using the lender portal, etc.) using the manual (SOP) document. The tasks are rather unique, so we'll be onboarding the person on how to deal with them.

3. Communicating status and following up on requests via email

The main requirements would be:

1. B2-C1 English

2. Attention to detail

3. Experience using Excel (or Google Sheets), Microsoft Suite, and Adobe

4. Willingness to learn and adapt

5. Slack proficiency is a plus

6. Any prior customer support experience (especially in the US) is a huge plus, but not critical.
