Affiliate Manager (iGaming Network) $$$

Looking for an Affiliate Manager to join an iGaming affiliate network (media buying team launching a new network from scratch).

Responsibilities:
• Develop and scale affiliate partnerships (teams / webmasters)
• Increase traffic volume and quality
• Analyze campaigns and optimize performance
• Work closely with partners
• Participate in international conferences

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate network
• Strong understanding of traffic and optimization
• Knowledge of CPA / CPL / RevShare / Hybrid / Flat Fee models
• Experience with different GEOs
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Own partner network is a big plus
• English — at least B1+
