We're building the AI-powered operating system for the $4.7 trillion US annuity market โ€” and we need someone to make the industry pay attention.

 

The opportunity: Annuities Genius is an insurtech platform that helps financial advisors and insurance agents research, compare, and sell annuity products using AI. We work with 110+ carriers, calculate 275+ riders instantly, and our AI co-pilot (GrantAI) makes the entire sales process โ€” from lead generation to contract closing โ€” simple and repeatable. We're transforming how a massive, traditional industry operates.

 

The problem we need you to solve: Financial advisors don't adopt tools through Google searches or product-led funnels. They follow experts they trust. Our growth depends on building genuine authority in the annuity and retirement income space โ€” through educational webinars, thought leadership, conference presence, distribution partnerships with IMOs, and a thriving advisor community. We need a content marketer who gets this and can make it happen.

 

The role: You'll own the entire marketing content function as a "manager of one." This is an acquisition-focused role โ€” no onboarding or retention work. You'll create educational content: set up webinars, LinkedIn thought leadership (for our large enterprise clients like Insurance Carriers and Insurance Distributors), Youtube and Facebook (this is where the agents and advisors - our Pro B2C customers hang out), email newsletters, conference materials that positions Annuities Genius as the definitive voice in the space. You'll build relationships with industry organizations, grow our advisor community, and generate a predictable flow of qualified prospects.

 

Who you are: A creative B2B content marketer with 7-10+ years of experience, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or financial services. You understand that in trust-based industries, authority beats ads. You're fluent in state-of-the-art content creation tools and excited about building AI-powered content workflows. You can manage freelancers, run your own show, and don't need a marketing department around you to be effective. Our product, data and marketing ops team will support you where needed, but you should be in the driver seat.

 

Requirements: Russian/Ukrainian-speaking preferred. Perfect written English โ€” you'll be creating all content in English for a US audience. Available to work hours overlapping with US Pacific time (until 12pm PST).

 

What we offer: full-time, fully remote. You'll work alongside our founder David Novak and strategy lead Anastasia Adizes (ex-BCG Partner) in a small, distributed team across Europe and the US. You'll have full creative ownership of the content function and the chance to build an authority brand in a massive market that's being disrupted by AI.
