We’re ramping up with our client for the upcoming high season and expanding the support team. The mission of this role is to provide high-quality customer support via chat and email channels, ensuring a positive user experience and meeting performance targets.

 

Your future responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer interactions via chat (90%) and email (10%),
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries,
  • Following internal guidelines and quality standards to maintain KPI performance.

 

Needed experience & skills:

  • 6+ months of customer support or other customer-facing experience,
  • Spanish level C1 and good communication skills,
  • English level B2,
  • Computer literacy, quick typing skills, and basic Excel knowledge.

 

Nice to have skills:

  • You have gaming experience (it will be a big plus),
  • Experience working in chat-based support environments,
  • Strong attention to detail and motivation to learn new skills.
