Email Marketing Specialist $$$

Our main goal is to deliver profitable results to our customers by making every decision based on the growth of organic ranking, traffic, and market position of the client. We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who is passionate about our vision and willing to go the extra mile for the client.

Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize email automations (flows, triggers, delays, "If/Else" scenarios).
• Work with platforms: HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Mailchimp.
• Create campaigns: regular (Regular) and automated (Automation).
• Generate content: for email newsletters, automations, cold outreach, and engagement campaigns.
• Segment contact lists and build target audiences (existing and cold).
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversion rate).
• Develop email designs (Drag-and-drop, HTML/CSS, mobile optimization).
• Set up accounts and integrations: domain verification, basic deliverability, website integration.
• Collaborate with teams for the execution of email campaigns and integrations.

Required Skills:

Email Automation Skills:

• Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, etc.).
• Understanding of automation logic and customer journey building.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation principles and deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Basic HTML skills for email (a plus).
   

Content & Marketing Skills:

• Ability to write conversion-driven copy and adapt tone of voice for different audiences.
• Generate ideas for campaigns and email series.
• Understanding of cold list warming principles.
   

Design Skills:

• Understanding of color, typography, and composition.
• Ability to work with email templates (Canva, Figma).
   

Technical & Process Skills:

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to test and debug campaigns.
• Experience with integrations (CRM, website, forms).
   

Nice to Have:

• Experience with A/B testing.
• Experience with SMS marketing.
• Experience in e-commerce or health & wellness niches.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, consent management.
